At PRIVORA DRIP, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)
• We offer size exchange only in case:
• The size does not fit
• The customer is not satisfied with the size received
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Exchange will be done only for the same product (subject to stock availability).
Return Policy
• Returns are NOT accepted if:
• The product size is correct
• There is no manufacturing defect
• The customer changes their mind after receiving the order
• Since our products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch, we do not accept returns for reasons other than size issues.
Important Notes
• Customers are requested to check the size carefully before placing an order.
• Exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
• Shipping charges for exchanges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
• We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not pass quality inspection.
